We strongly recommend test fitting all products prior to painting, modification, or final installation to confirm correct fitment and compatibility. Failure to do so may affect eligibility for returns or warranty claims.
Returned items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and supplied accessories.
Products that have been installed, painted, modified, damaged, or altered beyond test fitting may not qualify for return, exchange, or warranty assessment.
Warranty and return claims will not be accepted for products showing signs of tampering, misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage.
Our policies operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees certain rights that cannot be excluded, including repair, replacement, or refund where a product is faulty or not as described.
Our team takes extensive care to achieve the closest possible factory paint match. Due to natural differences between materials such as plastic and metal, slight colour variations may occur. We achieve approximately 99% paint match accuracy across factory colours, with Ceramic White achieving up to 95% accuracy due to its unique pigmentation properties.

Paint-related warranty claims apply only where the incorrect paint code has been supplied, or where significant defects such as peeling, cracking, or flaking occur within 12 months of purchase

Minor variations in colour or finish caused by lighting, surface material, or application methods are considered normal and are not covered under warranty

Any paint-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product and accompanied by clear photographs for assessment

Warranty coverage is void if the product has been installed, repainted, modified, or altered in any way
