Car Exterior Accessories

Exterior accessories are the parts that finish a car off rather than reshape it. Most of what follows bolts or sticks on, needs no panel work, and comes off again if you sell the car. The range splits three ways: protection, styling and identification.

Protection

Bumper covers sit over or replace factory sections and take the wear that the paint underneath would otherwise cop. Rear bumper covers are the most common, available as single pieces or as part of a paint matched package that covers several parts of the car at once. Paint matched parts are finished to your colour code rather than supplied raw, so you need that code from the compliance plate before ordering.

Styling

Fender flares widen the guard line slightly, which clears wider wheels and changes the stance without cutting anything. Front grilles and intercooler grilles change the face of the car, and the mesh versions give some protection to what sits behind them. Carbon trim covers mirror caps, fender garnishes, boot garnishes, antenna covers and interior facing panels. Bezels and fog light covers round out the smaller pieces.

Identification

Badges, emblem surrounds, sticker overlays and number plate covers are the cheapest way to change how a car reads. Most are stick on, which makes them easy to reverse, and they suit a car you want to personalise without committing to anything permanent.

Installation

We fit what we sell. Stick on trim, badges and covers are easy enough to do at home, but bumper covers, flares and anything paint matched are worth having done properly, and a bad fit shows on the outside of the car. Get in touch if you would like the parts fitted rather than posted.

Fitment

Subaru has the deepest coverage by a wide margin, followed by Hyundai and Kia. Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Audi, Mitsubishi, BMW, Ford and Mercedes-Benz have smaller ranges. Everything is listed against a chassis code and, where it matters, a body style, because a sedan and a wagon of the same model often take different parts. Check the code on the listing against your car before ordering, and have your colour code ready for anything paint matched.

FAQ

What is a paint matched part? It is finished in your car's factory colour rather than supplied raw or black. You need the colour code from the compliance plate when ordering, because the same model is sold in several colours and the codes do not match across makes.

Do fender flares need the guards cut? The flares in this range bolt on over the existing guard line and are designed to add width without cutting. Fitment detail is on each listing.

Will stick on trim damage the paint? Stick on parts are made to be removable. Removing anything adhesive is easier when the panel is warm, and residue lifts with an adhesive remover rather than by scraping.

Can I fit these myself? Most of the stick on trim, badges and covers are straightforward. Bumper covers and flares involve removing fasteners and sometimes the bumper itself, so read the listing first.
